Zillow: Why are you successful as a real estate agent?
Kirby: I am flexible in dealing with the constantly changing housing landscape that consumers face. I use Zillow as a catalyst to stay in front of the consumer. All my online outlets point to my Zillow profile.
Zillow: Who or what inspired you to work in real estate?
Kirby: I just kind of fell into it. Many of my best insurance and investment clients were real estate agents.

Kirby: Helping a client. Working in real estate is the best; you get to give the keys to an investor or new homeowner! Using my expertise to help clients find the perfect place to grow their family, move to a bigger home, or downsize is very rewarding.
Zillow: What are three pieces of advice you have for success on Zillow?
Kirby:
- Prospect for new clients.
- Work a full-time schedule.
- Build trust with clients.
Zillow: What are a few mobile apps or pieces of technology you can't live without?
Kirby: My Zillow Mobile app, Facebook and a calculator.
Zillow: When you're not selling real estate, what do you enjoy in your free time?
Kirby: My family and friends, the beach, barbecue and football.
