Laura Wucher
Introducing:
Name: Laura Wucher
Brokerage: Better Homes and Gardens
Years in business: 4
Years as a Zillow Premier Agent: 3
Favorite home style: Contemporary
We asked Laura what makes her successful. Here's what she had to say:
Zillow: Why are you successful as a real estate agent?
Laura: I have passion for what I do. For me it's about my clients and providing exceptional service. I listen and I truly care. I know the market, and I am a great strategist and negotiator. I treat all my listings no matter how big or small like high-end luxury listings, providing such things as complimentary staging and top-of-the-line photography. It’s important to make a great first impression.
Zillow: Who or what inspired you to work in real estate?
Laura: I am a third-generation real estate agent so I guess you could say it is in my DNA. I was a stay-at-home mom taking care of the kids when I decided to go into real estate. I wanted something I could do that offered flexibility. I love working with people and that no two days are the same. I love that real estate allows me to be creative and entrepreneurial.
Zillow: What is the best part of your job?
Laura: Exceeding my client’s expectations beyond their wildest dreams, such as selling a home well over the asking price, or when I hand over the keys to a home buyer. I love helping to make the dream of homeownership a reality.
Zillow: What are three pieces of advice you have for success on Zillow?

Wucher exceeds her client’s expectations by staging the home and providing crisp listing photos that attract buyers.
Laura:
1. Complete your Zillow profile.
2. Add reviews to your profile.
3. Add a video that showcases yourself and your services.
Zillow: What is the best compliment you've ever received from a client?
Laura: In looking over my reviews the common theme seems to be that I provide outstanding service; that I am knowledgeable, professional, responsive; and that I go above and beyond to get the job done.
Zillow: What real estate time-saving tips do you have?
Laura: Have a daily plan and stick to it. Do similar tasks at the same time. Set aside time to check email but don’t let it become a distraction.
Zillow: When you're not selling real estate, what do you enjoy in your free time?
Laura: I love to be active. When I’m not engaged in real estate activities, I enjoy such things as running, biking and hiking. I am also a foodie and love to dine at our local restaurants, especially family-owned places. I love doing things as a family like traveling, road trips, watching my son play high school football, and horseback riding with my daughter.
Zillow: How do you stay active in the local community?
Laura: I stay active through my children’s activities and schools. I organize neighborhood events like my annual Valley High garage sale. In the future I plan on participating community events such as the Jazz and Wine Festival and the Fourth of July parade and festivities.
